Once an order is placed, it may be cancelled only before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@navglow.in. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location. NavGlow is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
