We have a 7-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at gitnavglow@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for the replacement item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at gitnavglow@gmail.com.
